Her high-energy personality is contagious, she's an expert negotiator and no other agent cares more about their clients than she does.

Sam has been in the real estate industry for 9 years and it's clear that she loves what she gets trusted to do everyday. Having just moved to the Owensboro area in 2015 when she first got licensed, she sold 31 homes her first full year in the business, in a city she's not from and had no roots. Her business has soared each year since because everyone she works with highly recommends her.

What's the secret? Sam says, "I just treat my clients like i would want someone to treat my grandmother. Doing what you say you're going to do is huge to me. I truly care more about my client being taken care of more than I care about a paycheck. I don't consider myself a salesperson. I don't 'sell' anything. I just get to assist/guide my clients in reaching their real estate goals. That's it."

Sam is more than a Realtor. She is married to the love of her life, Steve, who assists her clients in a big way behind-the-scenes. Sam is extremely passionate about helping animals. They have a zoo themselves and they also find time to help stray animals, volunteer for and sponsor local animal-serving non-profit organizations such as SparKY (Saving Paws Animal Rescue of Kentucky) and help local animal shelters. Sam played roller derby in Evansville, IN from 2009 - 2014 and loved every minute of it. She and her husband are very active in church and they enjoy greeting fellow members on Sunday mornings. Sam is a regular in the gym 6 days a week and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. She and her husband's ideal vacation is adventuring, experiencing and exploring as much as possible on every vacation; chilling/relaxing on a beach is NOT their thing. (Oh and have I mentioned she LOVES possums?! She does!)
